Trello Rotary Club account needs new owner

The Rotary Club of Sydney Cove has a NFP Trello workspace that is available to the board members.

Every year (July - June) the board members change and now a new Club President is taking over.

Currently this is me, but I need to pass on the marketing@sydneycoverotary.com account to someone else who needs to link to their phone number and their Atlassian profile.

What are the steps to doing that?

Hi @Frankie Taylor 

Don't try to transfer the actual Atlassian account. It's much cleaner to just invite the new President's Trello account to the Workspace, promote them to Admin, and make sure they have admin rights on the key boards. Once they're in, you can safely remove the old account.

If you are intentionally using marketing@sydneycoverotary.com as a shared club login, you'll just need to update its password and 2FA settings. Otherwise, the invite-and-promote route is definitely the safest way.
