From what you're saying ("Trello suggests to create an account") it seems you're not logged in yet?
Where did it tell you there is "no data" and what does that mean?
Because if you typed in an email address to try and login, and the system doesn't recognize it, the site would show you something like this, urging you to create an account
To save time, perhaps try resetting and see what inbox receives that mail and take it from there?
