Trello Premium の解約

Trello Premium の解約をお願いします。

設定に移動しても、請求の解約ボタンが見つかりません。

Trello Premium の解約は、ご契約のワークスペースの管理者様にて実施可能です。

下記の手順にて、お手続きをお願いいたします。

1. 対象のワークスペースの請求画面へアクセス

2. ”サブスクリプションを変更” の下に表示されている ”サブスクリプションをキャンセル” をクリック

3. ”無料アカウントに変更” をクリック

4. 以上で、現在の契約終了日をもって解約となります。

上記にて解約ができない場合は、Trelloサポートまでご連絡ください。
