Trello Paid Plans – Automation and AI Capabilities

Hello Trello Support Team,

I am currently evaluating Trello for managing our maintenance operations and would like to understand which paid plan would best fit our needs.

Our objective is to implement a more advanced workflow for managing both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, including:

• Managing a preventive maintenance schedule based on equipment, maintenance frequency and due dates.
• Automatically creating preventive maintenance cards according to the planned frequency and equipment schedule.
• Automatically managing and updating preventive tasks based on their status and deadlines.
• Managing corrective maintenance requests coming from clubs, technicians, management and maintenance audits.
• Automatically moving cards between lists according to their status.
• Taking into account technician workload, active tasks, priorities, clubs/sites and intervention deadlines.
• Preparing a D-1 intervention plan and automatically prioritizing or assigning tasks to technicians for the following day.
• Using AI or intelligent agents to assist with task prioritization, assignment and workflow management.
• Integrating Trello with external planning tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power Automate or Outlook.
• Using API, webhooks or other capabilities to develop a more intelligent and customized maintenance workflow.

Could you please advise us on:

1. Which paid Trello plan (Standard, Premium or Enterprise) would be the most appropriate for these requirements?
2. What advanced automation and AI capabilities are available with each plan?
3. Whether Trello currently offers AI agents or intelligent automation capable of considering technician workload, priorities, existing active cards and preventive maintenance deadlines when assigning or moving tasks.
4. Whether preventive maintenance schedules can be automated based on equipment and maintenance frequency.
5. Whether Power Automate, API or webhooks can be used to build this type of workflow.
6. If there are additional costs, limitations or integrations required for these advanced features.

We are considering migrating to a paid Trello plan and would appreciate your recommendation based on these requirements.
