Trello: Outlook email to create card. Then, from card back to the original MS Outlook email?

Hi,

We are creating cards for data entry in our Trello "task basket" system.

When things are done, we reply with the original email and the original attachments. The company uses MS Outlook.

Zapier, Butler, etc. provide partial, complex solutions.

Is there a way to jump back to the original email in MS Outlook?

Hi Todd,

As far as I know, there is not currently a way to automatically link back to the email message from within the created card.

Because Microsoft has built and is maintaining the Outlook add-in, they're the best team to reach out to for problems with installing and using the add-in. You can reach them here: trelloaddin@service.microsoft.com
