Trello Member FullName doesn't update

I have a member on my board whose name is his trello id. 
He updated his fullName to his real name, but when I get his profile from the Api, his fullName is still his id.

Any idea why it's not updated ? I need to use his FullName and not his id.

Hey Steven, can your teammate check that they've changed their Full Name at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and their username at https://trello.com/my/profile

Same here, the full name has been updated on Atlassian but not the data from the api.

The request url is 'https://api.trello.com/1/boards/{id}/members'.
