Trello Form from email into creating a card Problem

At my job with use a intranet page with a form to fill and when they submit it, Trello create a card from that form in our 'Request'' column. Recently, some of the card (NOT ALL) dont have the same description field and it even create a ''Publish checklist'' that doesn't exist in our boards. We tought it was our Form but with a lot of verification, it's seems like it's random

Could you share a bit more detail on how you're creating Trello cards from your request forms? Specifically, it'd be helpful to know whether you're using the Email to Board feature or the Trello API to handle this.

can it be an error with the title of the card, if the title finish with a ? or a !
