How to customise trello email notifications for a particular board to go to a set number of members?

Hi Durrah, 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

Each board member would need to take a few actions to make sure they receive Trello email notifications. 

First, they need to ensure they follow either the whole board or a specific card. 

Secondly, they need to check their email notification preferences to make sure they're not turned off.
