Trello Board Member Limitation

My board has only 7 members at the moment and it says I've reached the limit of 10 members, now I can't add more members, what can I do?

Collaborator limits are set at the Workspace level, not the board level. Please read through https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
