Trello Bitbucket intergration, board was accidently removed

My team uses trello + bitbucket for some of our projects. Recently we started a new project and my teammate accidentally created a new board instead of connecting an existing one. 

This new board was later accidentally removed.

How do we stop bitbucket from using this board (that does not exist anymore?. In bitbucket it shows up as "the invitation link has expired", and I cannot find any way to remove the connection, and the help referred to in trello assumes that the board still exists.

To be clear, that board was added inside of Bitbucket, and that's where you're trying to remove it from? You might want to ask this in the Bitbucket section, in that case, as they'll be better able to say exactly how that works from the Bitbucket side of things!
