Trello Automations with Custom Fields and Updating triggers

Is there a way to automate an automation to be updated when the first condition is met?

For example, 

I want to keep track of a custom field "ex. mileage" as its updated by different users. I want to be notified every 150 miles but without setting the custom field "mileage" back to zero. 

I appreciate any insight towards a solution for this. Thank you all:)

Its a little bit crude but you can do this:

Custom Field 1 = Mileage

Custom Field 2 = Mileage Alert

Automation 1

when custom field "Current Mileage" is set, set custom field "Mileage Alert" to "({customfieldvalue} - {customfieldvaluebefore}) + {{%Mileage Alert}}"

 Automation 2

when custom field "Mileage Alert" is set to a number greater or equal to 150, post comment "150 more miles have gone by...", and clear custom field "Mileage Alert"
