Trello Admin and moving cards

Hi , I use a trello board . The original creator of the board is no longer here. How do I know  I have the admin access ?   Also, How do I know if it is a free board or there is subscription(I see a tab "Free" to right of the Team name . Does it confirm it is a fee board

Also, If I start a new Team and board , Is there a way of copying a list from the existing board to the new one (including the history).
