Hey @Valeriia Borozdina , Good day for you too! For sure. It's important to mention that after 14 days your Workspace will be reverted to Free with no charges, and no content is deleted from your boards.

In any case, we can accelerate this process by manually deactivating the trial on your Workspace, but since we can't check your email here (so I can't find your Workspace), I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with us at - https://trello.com/contact#/ and we'll get to it as soon as possible!
