Too many actions error occurred while creating a checklist from rule automation section

Hi,

I have tried to add a multiple action checklist in the Rule automation section but suddenly after adding 29th action there, too many actions error has occurred.

Let me know if you have a proper fix for this error.

Else its a pending Bug that need to be fixed on high priority. (Trello Community Admin)

Hi @Abdullah Khan 

This isn't a bug, it is just a limit that has been set, it is by design.  In life we are bound by rules and limits and thus on occasions, so is Trello.

You can separate out the rules to get around this.

Alternative, can you explain to me what you are trying to achieve and I am sure I can offer up advice on a way to do it that is more Trello friendly and efficient.

Thanks for the response.

My problem is, I have a long list of tasks (Checklist) and I wanted to populate that list with appropriate assignee, due dates and the reminders after clicking one button.

So, how I can separate this rules by taking just One Butler button to trigger this long checklist of tasks.
