I am trying to log in to TimeCamp and it was originally working before. But now nothing happens and when I switched on the developer tools, I am getting this error on click:

I havent tried with different powerups yet but this issue is present in all boards that I had perviously had this integration.
I also tried turning it off and on again, and logging out and back in from the settings (not the button)

Hi there 🙂,
Hope you’re doing well, and welcome to the community! 👋

Thanks for reaching out about the Timecamp power-up issue. Since Timecamp is a third‑party integration, we have limited visibility into how it works internally. For anything specific to that power-up, it’s best to contact their dedicated support team directly here:

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try on your side:

  1. Remove and re-add the Timecamp power-up

    • Remove the Timecamp power-up from your Trello board.

    • Revoke its token from Trello to fully disconnect it: 👉 Revoke a Trello token | Trello | Atlassian Support

    • Once revoked, re-add the Timecamp power-up to your board and check if the issue persists.

  2. Test in an incognito/private window

    • Open your board in an incognito/private browsing window.

    • Check if the issue still occurs there.

    • If it works fine in incognito, browser extensions or cached data may be interfering with the power-up. In that case, try:

      • Disabling browser extensions temporarily.

      • Clearing your browser cache and cookies.

  3. Check if other users are affected

    • Ask other members of the board/team to see if they are experiencing the same issue.

    • If only you are affected, it’s more likely related to your device, browser, or account.

    • If others are also impacted, it may point to a broader Timecamp or board-level issue.

Hope this helps you move forward.

Thanks!
