There is no privacy option for template?

I'm about to buy a subscription, I'm exploring and already using a trello template to see how it works.
When I wanted to use an already created template, it won't let me make it private.
My question is: the template I'm currently using is public, can people see the content I'm using on it?
If I make my subscription, will it give me the privacy option or is this always going to happen unless I make my own template?

Hi,
Based on your picture, you will create a board from template that will be 'Workspace Visibile', this is not public and there is no risk of the board being visible to anyone outside your Trello workspace.
It is however set to workspace visible. This means the board you create will be visible to all members of your Trello workspace.
Private boards are only available as part of Trello Standard or Premium Subscription
