The "custom template" option of the Agile Cards by Spartez (print cards) not working

The "custom template" option of the Agile Cards by Spartez (print cards) works on one of my computers but not the other. They are both Windows 10, the only difference is the one it works on is a laptop and the one it doesn't is a desktop. I have no other issues with Trello or power ups or zaps. How do I fix this?
