The new tool bar at the bottom of the board

First, I absolutely LOVE Trello. My entire life would cease to function without it.

With regard to the last update, I wonder if it's possible to move the tool bar from the bottom of the board to the ribbon at the top of the board? It takes up a lot of room when I'm using my laptop monitor, and there is TONS of room in the ribbon at the top of the page. I can see more cards per list on my mobile app.

We're glad to hear how much you love Trello ! Currently, there isn't an option to move the toolbar.  However, I'll make sure to share your suggestion with the product team for future consideration. Additionally, you can also share your thoughts and suggestions directly through the feedback option in Trello(top right).
