The design has changed

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Today I went to Trello and I got a little changed in design. The lists became whiter and at the bottom of the list the button "Add a card" increased. Can you say this is a new update ?, just just two employees have changed their design, and all the others do not.
