Whenever I push the button to create a card from template, the page refreshes and nothing else, I'm not able to access the template card anymore. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry for the impact to your work!

Our engineering team have investigated and resolved the issue with creating cards via the 'Create from template' button. This should now work as normal.
