Technical bugs with trello on free version

Hello,
I have an issue with my board. I am the only Workspace member, and there are 8 guests on the board. In total, there are 9 people, which should not exceed the free plan limit of 10.
However, Trello shows a message that the limit is exceeded and blocks editing (moving cards).
Could you please check if this is a bug and help me resolve it?

The limit is at the workspace level and not at the board level. You will need to count users across all your boards https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
