If I have a team and I want to use multiple power-ups on its boards, every team member must upgrade to Business or just I can?

Hey Boris

Not everyone needs to be on the team. You can have a one-user team (that one being you) and associate the board with the team.  You can then add users directly to the board (listed as non-team member).  The other team members won't be able to enable power-ups on the board, but will be able to utilize any that you have enabled.
