Hello,

 

I am trying to add a card onto the only board I use and everytime they delete themselves. I was able to find this showing that it’s a server error. Can somebody please help? This is my crm I use everyday. IMG_9813.png

Hi @Daniella Befus and @Emma Pemberton 

After following the steps mentioned by Arkadiusz, you can also perform the below steps:

  1. Go to the boards menu --> profile or settings menu--> do a hard pull-down to force a manual sync.
  2. Go to your Trello App Settings --> log out of your account, close the app completely, and log back in to force a full resync.
  3. Go to your iPhone’s main Settings --> scroll down to Trello app and look for an option to clear cache on launch or reset the app.
  4. If syncing or logging out doesn't help, deleting the app and downloading the latest version from the App Store wipes the corrupt local data entirely.

Can you successfully add a card to this same board using a computer web browser?

I’m having the same issue and can’t find anyway to report this bug! I’ve had major issues before I realised this was happening 😭

Hi @Daniella Befus 

first export your Sync Queue (Account ➔ Sync Queue ➔ Share) so you don't lose your data.

A 400 HTTP error means the server is rejecting data. Check Trello web to see if the target list was recently moved or archived.

Next, try force-closing the app, or toggle Clear on Launch in your iOS Trello settings and reopen it. If the cards are still stuck, open a ticket with Trello Support and attach that exported queue.
