Welcome to the Community! Quick question are using a Power Up to get your Trello calendar to talk to outlook? Taking a look at the Calendar Power Up for example, they only mention due dates and not the start and finish aspects you are looking for.
One Power Up that might be worth checking out is Planyway: Calendar, Timeline, Time Tracking as they offer a Calendar view as well as time tracking features which seems like it might tie in with what you're potentially looking for.
