I accidentally selected the annual subscription instead of the monthly plan I intended to use, and a charge of $600 has been issued.
I kindly ask you to either cancel this charge or adjust it to the monthly subscription instead.

Community members can’t access your Trello billing, so you’ll need to contact Atlassian billing support at Atlassian Support using the charged account.
Explain you accidentally chose an annual plan, were charged $600, and would like a refund or switch to monthly.
