Subscribing to one of my baords

I have a board and I'm on the paid plan. I have about 25 observers. I added a new observer yesterday and he tells me that the Show Menu, More, does not have a subscribe button. Any ideas what he can do?

Hey David

There are a few variations of "subscribe".  Some users will see Subscribe, while other users will see Follow or Watch.  All of these function the same.  can you check with that user and see if they have one of those options?
