I have a colleague of mine, who changed his phone, and now he can't login in Trello.
He is got two-factor authentication enabled, which prevents him to login. He tried receoverying his account but same loop happens: entering password -> login asks for a code (he can't get a code) -> tries entering the emergency recovery key and system does not accept it.
Apperantly there's no way to contact support, to get this issue resolved.
A support article says there's an option where you can receive an email for recovery but there's no option to click/choose that anywhere.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

After the emergency key request, there's an option called Can't find your recovery key
This will send an email to the address linked to your account, after 24 hours you will receive a new email with a one-time link you can use to access your account - Please note, for security reasons, this email will take a full 24 hours to be delivered, and we're unable to speed this up.
Once he regains access to your account, he must disable 2FA by following the steps on this page to prevent this issue from happening again.
