I'm currently paying for an employee to use the account. They have left the company. How do I stop their paid subscription?

@Aaron Frick Welcome to the Atlassian community

You will need to remove them from your workspaces and ensure that they are not a multi-board guest.  You can learn more about how billing works here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
