@Gabriel  Are your checklists used repeatedly on new boards that you create? If so, I created a board that specially holds all of my checklists on various cards in one list and I have another list that holds all the template cards, from there I have the template cards programed to copy the template card, add the checklists then send it to the board that I wish it to be on.

Should I need to find a particular checklist item I can do so through the search engine in the automations, I can also assign a member to a checklist which is visible on there Dashboards under the Home section.

Hi Gabriel

Right now, there isn't a way to search/filter cards on a board by searching the checklist item name. That said, I understand how this could be helpful for your use-case, so I've flagged this as a feature request with the product team – let me know if there's any additional info you'd like for me to send their way.

As a workaround, you could try the third-party Power-up that provides advanced search functionality to see if it offers more support for checklist items - https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=search. Because many of these services are provided by separate companies, outside of Trello, any costs associated with their products are also separate. We're also not able to endorse or provide support for any third-party Power-ups (since we don't work with them directly).
