Staff viewing boards in premium

Hi there,

We currently use the free version of Trello with one board for al our projects which are shared with multiple staff members who just use it visually check the details of each project.

So my question is what would be the benefits to upgrading? The only feature which would be very useful for us would be access to the calendar so we can check people’s availability but would we then have to pay for each user as an extra?

Hi @Katharine Slater welcome to the community 😊 there are many benefits to upgrading such as custom fields, the ability to create more than 10 boards, more automation runs, and lots more all detailed here: https://trello.com/pricing

However, if you're just upgrading for the calendar view, you can just use the calendar power up for free.
