Sorting a list also update the last updated timestamp of all cards.

I rely on the last update time of cards to filter the ones that were updated in previous week. However, the value becomes unreliable as it may be changed by sorting action on a list.

Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm afraid there isn't a way to prevent this behaviour. When you sort a list, cards are moved to their respective place, which is counted as a card action.

That said, I definitely understand where you're coming from, so I've passed this feedback on to our product team.
