We are experiencing an issue with Trello templates on iOS and would like to know if anyone else is facing the same problem.
For approximately 3 weeks, none of our users have been able to create cards from templates using the Trello iPhone app.

Hi @Ania Kaczorowska , your own tests settle it: it works on desktop and in iPhone Safari and fails only in the native app, so this is an iOS app bug, not your setup, and nothing on your end will fix it. Two moves:

Computer, not the app. The iOS app has no bug-submission form, so you file it from the web: on Trello's support page, click Contact Support and complete the bug form there. While you're at it, check the Trello public issue tracker linked on that same page in case this one is already logged, so you can watch it or add your details rather than open a duplicate.
