Someone (a team) is using my Trello account without authority

This team has maxxed out my Trello account.

It's possible that someone was added to your Workspace without you realizing. Here's how to check:

1. Review your Workspace members

Go to your Workspace → Members. You'll see the full list of everyone who has access — including members, multi-board guests, and single-board guests. Remove anyone you don't recognize or didn't invite.

2. Check who has access to each board

Open any board → click Share. This shows who's been added to that specific board. Someone could have been invited as a guest to a single board without being a full Workspace member.

3. Secure your account (if you didn't add them)

If you see people you definitely didn't invite, it's worth securing your account:

• Change your password at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security

• Enable Two-step verification if it's not already on

• Review and revoke any connected apps you don't recognize at https://trello.com/your-account/power-ups
