Some of orders from our Shopify aren't importing or showing in Trello

Hi, We have noticed that a few of our Shopify orders aren’t appearing on Trello, so we’ve had to manually add cards for each order.

Please confirm how this can be fixed.

Hi Nariz.

As far as I know, Trello doesn't have a native integration with Shopify. Are you using a service like Zapier to make this connection?
