Some comments inside the cards are getting automatically deleted.

As we go in to edit some line items inside a card, other lines are automatically deleted. It's been happening frequently over the past few months. Does anyone know the cause or how to fix it?

Is this issue related to the card's comments, or is part of the card's description missing? Are you collaborating with other users on that board?

It is the cards Comments. We have this board on multi computers throughout the store as we all post on it.  some of the comments disappear when we go into that card and try to add a new comment.
