Slack Integration Issue

I integrated Trello into Slack to make the workflow much smoother. When I integrated it it worked fine in the start. But after few days my card is not working like there is an option on the slack where you can directly create card from the slack message rather than typing the command /trello create, you can directly create the card from the slack message by clicking on the three dots and then you have an option of (create card from message pic attached). And secondly, there are a few options in Trello where I can't turn that specific option on or off. I would highly appreciate it if you could let me know if there is any possible solution for that
