Shortcut Key for New List

Is there a shortcut for creating a new list on a Board (Add another list)? I find it challenging on Boards with multiple lists scrolling way out to the right just to create a new list. It would be nice to have an quick way to insert a list between lists and would be an improvement if the +Add another list could be customized to be on the left and not the far right of boards. since most people read left to right.

If you double click between any two lists then a new list will be added in the middle.
