Are you encountering any errors? If so, could you provide more details or perhaps a screenshot? That would be really helpful.

I've checked your workspace, and I don't see any issues on my end. You currently have 5 users, which means you can add up to 5 more users across the workspace. There don't appear to be any visible restrictions. If you could also share the URL of the board where you're trying to add users, that would be great.
