Sharing board with contractor

Just hired a contractor and they are not an official member of the team. Only want them to have access to one board and that is it. How do I add them?

Hi Christina

If you want them to only be able to view the board and you are a Business Class user, add them to the individual board as an observer. 

If you want them to be able to contribute to the board, add them as a member of the board directly and not to the team.
