Sharing across Android and iPhone

Hi there, new to Trello but really keen on the partnership working features.

Signed up for a free account, created a Workspace and a Board. Added collaborators... Android collaborator can see my workspace and boards no problems.

iPhone collaborators...a different story.. Can only see my workspace/boards when they access it through their phone web browser, but not on their iPhone Trello app... Obviously their account is the same on their phone's web browser and app - is it something I'm doing wrong or does the iPhone app not see Android materials? 

All and any advice gratefully received :)

It could be that the iPhone users are using "Login with Apple" to log into their accounts on the app. (Note: "Login with Apple" creates a new account under a masked email). Please ask them to sign in using their email and password on the app to make sure they are logged into the same account.
