It is possible to share a demand with another user without him seeing the big picture. (complete project)

Hi Oliver, Would it be sharing just one card (instead of the entire board)

Hello @Rafael Carvalho and welcome to the community,

I understand the need for sharing a single card or even parts of it with some people and collaborating with them on those tasks without them seeing your whole Trello board.

Trello Card Sharing Power-Up by Hipporello is built with this in mind. You can share cards with one or more emails. The cards are listed on a web portal , which those people can view by signing up with their emails. They can message you about the task through the portal and you can view messages and message them back right from the card.

So this means some people can view certain cards only and you can still communicate with them on the cards through the conversation module. Give it a try and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Rafael, welcome to the community!

Do you mean sharing just a board (rather than inviting to the entire Workspace), or sharing just a card (rather than the whole board)?

While it's not possible natively to share just one card from a Trello board, there may be Third-party Power-ups that help with sharing individual cards externally: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=card%20share.

Because many of these services are provided by separate companies, outside of Trello, any costs associated with their products are also separate. We're also not able to endorse or provide support for any third-party Power-ups (since we don't work with them directly).
