Previously, I thought single board guests were able to see automation buttons I have created and opened up for use. It seems like the design/interface for managing the visibility of this has changed.
How can I make it so these users can use the buttons.
Hi @Ayden Heinig ,
Quick question - are your guests currently added to the board as "Normal" members or as "Observers"? I'm asking as observers do not have permissions to trigger automation buttons.
This config. for automations must be managed on a per-board basis, but I guess you figured that out.
I'm not sure if anything was changed recently related to that 👀
Cheers,
Tobi
They are set as a Normal Member; we only have the Trello Standard plan. It looks like you need the Premium plan to set observers. The member has the ability to edit and change things on the board.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Yeah, Observers are only available in the Premium plan.
As for the original question, maybe the best bet would be to reach out to Atlassian Support and check with them whether there have been any changes in this area. As you're on the Standard plan, you should be able to raise a request there. 👀
