Setting Due Date and Time doesn't work correctly

When setting a due date for a card with a time of day, the time is changed to 23:59 h by Trello - but not always. 

Additionally, today my colleague chose a new due date for a card, and after closing this card, the date was suddenly set to some other day. This happened at least twice - but also not always.

We can't figure out when and why these things sometimes happens - until now, we don't see a pattern. Can anyone help?

Can you screen record the next time this occurs so we can take a look?

Well, no, unfortunately I can't. There's no SW I'm allowed to install...

Now there's another problem as well: Sometimes the due dates which were set correctly change to some (random?) other date for a handful of cards at once. Any ideas?
