Is there a way to set the time to a specific 00:00 for example? Different times are terribly annoying (especially in the calendar) after switching from other project tools.

Hi Petr! Welcome to Trello community.

I understand you want to set a 00:00 time when setting a card due date right? 

You can edit the time when creating a card due date in the format 12:00 AM for your due dates, keep them at 00:00 as you need.
