Separating jobs and memebers

I just started using Trello and have some issues.

How can I choose jobs and members to show for each member separately? (for example, a member of the board can't see other members' jobs)

And also how can I separate jobs of admin with members?

A member authorized on a board will see all cards including the cards for which he is not assigned.

To separate jobs per member, you must create a board per member.

In additional, if you need an overview in one place, you can create a master board which agregates the jobs of all members.
