I would like an email to be sent to a new member, when they join a team, with some instructions and, possibly, an attachment. Is this possible? If not, is there some way to attach a link or file to the team's home page? For example, if Trello has been setup as a bug tracker, the link or file will act as a guide for the members of the team on how to use the bug tracker. The only other way I can think of sharing the link or file is by attaching it to a card template. However, the link or file is only meant to be a reference, and attaching it to a template will duplicate the link or file unnecessarily each time a new card is copied from the template.
