I have a question, does anyone know if on a board I have customer order cards with the status of this order. Can you send an email to the client or link without seeing the rest of the card only yours? Thank you

@Cristalería Santos Glass There are a few options for email within Trello that would suit this:

1) My product BenkoDesk which lets you use Trello as a Gmail client:

http://www.benkodesk.com/

Using BenkoDesk you can create a new email to the client by doing:

@to Client Name

in a comment, and it will send out to that client from your Google Contacts. It also integrates with the Crmble power up so you can do:

@to crmble

and it will send to the details in the Crmble fields on the card:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-send-emails-directly-from-Trello-to-your-Crmble-contacts/ba-p/1418295

This means you can automate the creation of new emails using Butler by just posting comments using the appropriate formatting.

2) SendBoard which lets you forward email into their system from any email provider so you can send and receive emails from your Trello board:

https://sendboard.com/

SendBoard I *think* wouldn't let you create a new email from a comment, but they have introduced the same "@reply" syntax that I use in BenkoDesk that allows you to reply to an email from a comment, which means you can not only automate the sending of information using Butler but you can also reply to messages from mobile devices.

3) Hipporello which operates similarly to SendBoard but with the added ability to create cards from online helpdesk style forms:

https://hipporello.com/

I'm pretty sure Hipporello allows you to create new emails, but you wouldn't be able to automate the creation of them with Butler because you need to create emails using the powerup interface. I haven't tested this though so maybe give them all a go and see which works best for you.
