Thanks for raising this question!
I'm not entirely sure of what exactly you expect from being able to send a task to MS Teams, but would simply posting a link to a card work for you? Then, anyone who has access to the board this card came from would be able to open the Trello card in a separate browser tab.
Otherwise, the only way to interact with MS Teams would go through MS Teams integration. I'm sharing the article which explains how to set the integration up and how it works below in case you haven't tried that before:
