What to do so that archived elements will not be searched?

That they would not be shown in the results.

Is there currently such functionality?

Hi Jacek!

The search results will show all cards you have access to that match your query, including archived cards. You can change that by including "is:open" in your search, or including "-is:archived". You can also create saved replies and add that to you queries. Here's more information on Saved Search.
