Search Function For Custom Fields

I am wondering how to search custom fields? I have a custom field named "Phone number" and "Also Known As" . I want to be able to enter a phone number or a name into the search bar and see if I have any duplicates this way. Any help would be appreciated.

@Iqbal Deol  You should be able to search in the filter on a board with the keyword (ie whatever you'd be searching for) and it will look across custom fields. 

Press "f" from any board to open the filter and then type your query and hit enter
